He says he never got into the hospitality business degree that he earned in Hungary, his homeland. Instead, he turned to the art and love of his uncle's career. Doing mostly residential, among other significant commercial locations, Kutrovics worked in the Washington DC area, acquiring a first hand experience in the United States by not only working in his motier with the most respected craftsmen in the country, on the most prestigious properties in the country, but also being immersed in the American culture in an area where it has allowed him to bring professionalism and a "savoir faire" to the business in his adopted state of residence, Hawaii.
